These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of www.woobreathwork.com (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by Chelsea Eden Dubeau. This Site is a ecommerce and wellness site.
By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content published and made available or sold through our Site is the property of Chelsea Eden Dubeau. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, audio breathwork journeys (mp3s) and workbooks downloaded from Google Drive, and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.
Acceptable Use
As a user of our Site and digital products, you agree to use our Site legally, not to use our Site for illegal purposes, and not to:
- Share purchased download links and/or resell/redistribute in whole or in part, any portion of our digital products;
- Harass or mistreat other users of our Site;
- Violate the rights of other users of our Site;
- Violate the intellectual property rights of the Site owners or any third party to the Site;
- Hack into the account of another user of the Site;
- Act in any way that could be considered fraudulent; or
- Post any material that may be deemed inappropriate or offensive.
If we believe you are using our Site illegally or in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to limit, suspend or terminate your access to our Site. We also reserve the right to take any legal steps necessary if these Terms and Conditions are violated.

Accounts
When you create an account on our Site, you agree to the following:
- You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and
- All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful and that you will update your personal information if it changes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our Site illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
Sale of Goods And Services
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and services available on our Site.
The following goods are available on our Site:
- Digital courses, eBooks, workbookes, guided breathwork and meditations.
The following services are available on our Site:
- 1:1 / Group breathwork, Spiritual and/or communications/offer coaching.
The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered unless a payment plan is offered.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Subscriptions
Your subscription automatically renews and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.
Clients may cancel at anytime, however, no refund will be applied. The subscription will simply not renew for the following month, and users will have access until that time.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:
- Credit Card;
- Debit;
- Direct Debit;
- Klarna;
- Afterpay;
- Affirm; and
- Google Pay.
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Refunds
Refunds for Goods
All products sold in the Store are non-refundable.
Refunds for Services
We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows:
- 1:1 sessions that are not associated with any programs (The POWER Lift, The Lightning Shift, and The Shadow Light) will be fully refunded if cancellation notice is provided at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session.
- To be eligible for the results guarantee for The POWER Lift, The Lightning Shift, and The Shadow Light, clients must submit their fully completed workbooks to hello@woobreathwork.com and schedule a follow-up 1:1 session to discuss their progress and explore options to achieve their desired results. Since these programs include group calls, and The POWER Lift and The Lightning Shift also offer 1:1 sessions, clients are expected to address any concerns or challenges before the program ends, allowing WOO Breathwork to provide the support necessary for their success. Clients will also receive accountability forms to provide regular feedback. If a client requests a refund, WOO Breathwork will review their participation, including attendance at group calls, 1:1 sessions, workbook completion, and accountability form submissions, to determine the appropriate next steps.
Consumer Protection Law
Where the Business Practice and Consumer Protection Act, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
Limitation of Liability
Chelsea Eden Dubeau and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Chelsea Eden Dubeau and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
WOO Breathwork Participation Agreement and Liability Waiver
By participating in WOO Breathwork, including any use of its website, products, or services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in full:
Assumption of Risk
You affirm that you are voluntarily choosing to participate in breathwork and any associated activities, fully aware that these activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, mental or emotional distress, disability, and even death. You assume all responsibility for any risks of loss, whether physical, mental, emotional, or economic, that may result from your participation, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of income, or medical expenses.
Health Conditions and Contraindications
You acknowledge that breathwork may not be suitable for everyone. Certain health conditions may preclude safe participation, and you agree to consult with a qualified medical professional prior to participating in any WOO Breathwork activities if you have any of the following conditions: pregnancy, post-pregnancy, recent injuries, cardiovascular disease, detached retina, glaucoma, aneurysms, kidney disease, severe asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, thyroid issues, high blood pressure, PTSD, other mental health disorders, recreational drug use, or use of medications that alter brain chemistry. Additionally, breathwork is contraindicated for those with severe asthma or any other medical condition that might impair the safe practice of breathwork.
Medical and Therapeutic Disclaimer
WOO Breathwork services, including audio products, workbooks, and live sessions, are intended for educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, or the diagnosis or treatment of medical conditions. Breathwork is not a substitute for professional medical or therapeutic care. You acknowledge that breathwork can evoke intense emotional and physical responses and that you are responsible for seeking professional medical or therapeutic help if you require additional support.
Self-Responsibility
By participating in WOO Breathwork, you agree that you are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and results in life. You understand that your participation does not make WOO Breathwork or its proprietor responsible for any outcomes or impacts on your personal, professional, or financial life. You forfeit any rights to bring a lawsuit against WOO Breathwork or its representatives for any reason, and you hold WOO Breathwork and all associates, employees, contractors, and agents free from any liability, including negligence, for injuries, losses, or damages, whether anticipated or unanticipated.
Medical Clearance
You agree to obtain and rely on clearance from a qualified medical professional (such as a doctor, physician, obstetrician, or mental health professional) before participating in WOO Breathwork activities if you have any pre-existing health conditions or concerns regarding your physical or mental fitness. If you choose not to obtain medical consent, you acknowledge that you are doing so solely at your own risk.
Waiver of Liability
By signing this waiver, you release WOO Breathwork, its proprietor, employees, agents, and any related entities from all claims, costs, liabilities, and expenses, including those arising from known, anticipated, or unforeseen risks. This waiver extends to all aspects of WOO Breathwork, including any physical, emotional, or mental distress, injuries, losses, or damages (including death) that may occur as a result of your participation.
Acknowledgment of Understanding
You acknowledge that you have carefully read and fully understand this Liability Waiver. By participating in WOO Breathwork activities or purchasing WOO Breathwork products, you confirm that you are in good health and able to engage in breathwork, and you knowingly assume all associated risks.
Agreement
I hereby confirm my understanding of the terms above and agree to participate in WOO Breathwork at my own risk. I acknowledge that I have been advised to consult a physician or other qualified health professional to determine my ability to safely participate.
Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
