Professional Use of the Breathwork Audio Library
Effective Date: This license takes effect at the time of purchase and continues on an ongoing basis, unless revoked due to violation of these terms.
Licensor: Chelsea Eden Dubeau, WOO Breathwork™
Applies To: All licensed users, organizations, and partners
1. Purpose of This License
These Licensing Guidelines define the terms under which licensed practitioners and organizations may use the Breathwork Audio Library created by Chelsea Eden Dubeau, operating as WOO Breathwork™.
This license is intended to:
- protect the integrity of the work
- support ethical, professional use
- clearly define what is permitted and prohibited
- reduce misuse, misrepresentation, or overreach
Purchase or access to the licensed materials constitutes agreement to these terms.
2. Scope of the Licence
This licence grants the licensee non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the licensed breathwork audio recordings solely for professional client support, subject to the terms outlined below.
The license permits use of the audios:
- in individual client sessions
- in group settings
- as between-session or home practice for clients
- within programs or services offered by the licensee
This license does not grant ownership of the audio content.
3. Permitted Uses
Licensed users may:
- Play the audios for clients during live sessions
- Share audios privately with active clients for therapeutic or supportive use
- Use audios as part of a structured program or offering, provided the audio remains unchanged
- Reference the practice titles when introducing them to clients
- Use the audios in accordance with the Professional Use Guide and Catalogue
All use must remain within the licensee’s professional scope and training.
4. Prohibited Uses
Licensed users may not:
- Re-record, remix, edit, or modify the audios in any way
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the audios publicly or professionally
- Upload audios to public platforms, apps, or shared libraries
- Claim authorship or co-creation of the audios
- Present the work as proprietary to the licensee
- Use the audios to train others in breathwork facilitation
- Use the audios as a substitute for medical, psychological, or addiction treatment
- Represent the audios as diagnostic, curative, or clinically therapeutic
Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of this license.
5. Attribution & Representation
Licensed users must:
- Accurately represent the work as created by Chelsea Eden Dubeau / WOO Breathwork™
- Avoid mischaracterizing the practices as clinical, medical, or curative
- Avoid spiritual or therapeutic claims that exceed the scope outlined in the Catalogue and Professional Use Guide
The audios should be introduced as supportive breath-based practices, not treatments.
6. Practitioner Responsibility
Licensees are solely responsible for:
- Assessing client readiness and appropriateness
- Selecting suitable practices and durations
- Providing integration or follow-up support when needed
- Remaining within their professional scope of practice
The licensor is not responsible for outcomes arising from misuse, overuse, or inappropriate application of the audios.
7. Children & Family Content
The Magician’s Garden™ series is licensed specifically for:
- children
- family contexts
- educational or therapeutic settings
These practices may not be altered, adapted, or reframed as therapeutic treatment. Adult supervision and discretion are required.
8. Intellectual Property
All audio recordings, scripts, titles, language, and accompanying materials are the intellectual property of Chelsea Eden Dubeau / WOO Breathwork™.
This license does not grant:
- copyright ownership
- trademark rights
- permission to create derivative works
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
9. Termination of License
This license may be terminated immediately if:
- the terms are violated
- the work is misused or misrepresented
- unauthorized distribution occurs
Upon termination, the licensee must cease all use of the licensed materials and delete all copies.
10. Limitation of Liability
The breathwork audios are provided “as is” for professional use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- the licensor disclaims liability for misuse or adverse outcomes
- the licensee assumes responsibility for how the audios are used
These practices are not a substitute for professional judgment, therapy, or medical care.
11. Updates to These Guidelines
These Licensing Guidelines may be updated periodically. Continued use of the licensed materials constitutes acceptance of the current version.
