
What Six Months Inside WOO Actually Looks Like: A Guide to the Transformation Arc

I see it every single day. It’s not always a dramatic Hollywood breakdown or a mid-life crisis that makes the news. Usually, it’s much quieter than that. It’s a private, persistent exhaustion. It’s the gap between who you are on a Tuesday morning: sipping lukewarm coffee and checking off tasks: and the woman you know lives inside you. The one who is vibrant, unshakeable, and actually present.
You’ve likely done the "work" already. You’ve sat on the therapy couch. You’ve highlighted the self-help books until the pages are yellow. You’ve downloaded the meditation apps and tried to "mindfulness" your way out of anxiety. And yet, something essential hasn't moved.
(Here is the hard truth I had to learn the long way: you cannot think your way out of a feeling problem.)
What most women don’t realize is that the "stuckness" they feel isn't a mindset problem. It’s a nervous system problem. And a nervous system problem requires a nervous system solution. First: How WOO Actually Works
Before we dive into the timeline, you need to understand the architecture. The WOO library isn't just a random collection of "vibey" breathing exercises. It’s built on a clinical principle: the nervous system is the foundation of your entire life.
Inside WOO, we use two primary tools:
- Standalone Signature Sessions: These are your "emergency" or "on-demand" resources. Dealing with a hard Tuesday? Feeling a wave of grief? Need to interrupt a self-sabotage loop? You drop into these for targeted work.
- Structured Programs: These are multi-week journeys. They are designed to hold a container for you. They build on each other, layer by layer, so you don't skip the hard parts (which, let’s be honest, we all try to do).
Transformation isn't an event; it’s a process with a specific shape. Here is that shape.

Month One: Coming Back to Your Body
The entry point: safety, rhythm, and the first real exhale.
Most women arrive at WOO somewhere between "functional freeze" and total depletion. Your body has spent years: maybe decades: overriding its own signals to keep the peace, meet the deadline, or raise the kids.
Month one isn't about the "big breakthrough." It’s about arrival. Before we can change anything, your nervous system needs evidence that it’s safe to be here. Safe to feel. Safe to slow down without the world falling apart. (Spoiler: The world won't fall apart, I promise.)
- The Breakthrough (20 min Signature Session): This is your starting line. It meets you right on the edge of the wall you’ve been hitting. It works with the subconscious to surface the beliefs running the show beneath your overwhelm.
- Breath to Balance (3-Week Program):This becomes your weekly anchor. We focus on hormonal balance and nervous system regulation.
- Week 1: Safety and Rhythm.
- Week 2: Rhythm and Radiance (the fog starts to lift).
- Week 3: Identity Anchoring (you start listening to your body again).
By the end of month one, you won't be "fixed." But you will stop feeling like a passenger in your own life.
Month Two: Meeting What You’ve Been Carrying
The shadow work: what’s been running the show from the basement?
Once safety is established, we can start the excavation. Month two is where we go toward the things you’ve been running from. This is WOO’s deepest trauma-facing container.
- The Shadow Light (3 Sessions): This collection is pivotal. We move from a Trauma Reframe (loosening the grip of shame) into the Trauma Release and Inner Child Integration: a 60-minute session that many women say reaches places therapy never could. We finish with Cosmic Self Integration to consolidate that new sense of self.
- Self-Love Surrender (60 min Signature Session): After the intensity of shadow work, you need gentleness. This session is about deep self-compassion.

Month Three: Untangling Identity
The Power Lift: Who are you beneath the roles you play?
By month three, you’ve arrived in your body and faced the basement. Now we ask: Who are you, actually? Not the "good girl," not the "boss," not the "fixer."
We begin The Power Lift™, our 13-week flagship program. In this first month of the program (Weeks 1-4), we confront conditioning directly. We unmask the truth and: this is the best part: we embrace the "dark." We realize that the parts of ourselves we were most ashamed of often hold the most power.
Month Four: Reclaiming Your Edges
Belonging, visibility, and the end of people-pleasing.
Identity work is useless if it doesn't change how you show up with other people. Month four is about the "social nervous system."
- Breath to Belong (3 weeks): We tackle the root of people-pleasing. It’s not a character flaw; it’s a survival adaptation. We move from "performing" to "belonging in your bones."
- Breath to Be Seen (3 weeks): This is for the woman playing small at work or in her creative life. We address visibility anxiety and imposter syndrome.
- The Power Lift (Weeks 5-8): We continue the deep dive, moving from identity into purpose and mission.

Month Five: Building New Capacity
Confidence, action, and the end of self-sabotage.
Month five is about activation. You’ve cleared the terrain; now we build the "nervous system architecture" for a bigger life.
- The Lightning Shift (6 sessions): This is our most forward-facing program. It lands differently now because you aren't just "positive thinking" over old trauma. You are reprogramming from a place of groundedness.
- Breath to Break the Loop (3 weeks): We target specific habits: emotional eating, avoidance, or stress-response patterns. It’s clinical, direct, and incredibly effective for interrupting cycles.
- The Power Lift (Weeks 9-13): You complete the flagship journey, focusing on unshakeable confidence and staying resilient when life gets messy again.
Month Six: Integration and the Long Game
Coming home: and knowing how to stay there.
Month six isn't a graduation where you walk away and forget everything. It’s where the practice becomes your foundation.
- Daily Practices: You move into the rhythm of Good Mornings and Good Evenings (10-minute sessions). These are the bookends that keep you centered.
- Heart of Gold: A 60-minute session for when you need replenishment. It’s deep rest for the woman who does a lot.
- Mystic Healing Trance: For when you’re ready for spiritual clearing and intuitive opening.

A Special Note: The Magician’s Garden
I couldn’t build WOO for women without thinking about the children they are raising. The Magician's Garden is a collection of ten sessions designed specifically for kids. From "Child of the Stars" (confidence) to "Child of the Storm" (anger/regulation), it gives mothers a way to share these tools with their families. Because the best way to heal a lineage is to start with the next generation.
