The Lightning Shift is for aspiring change-makers who have faced challenges, done some inner work, and are ready to take their transformation to the next level. This program is designed for those who believe in their ability to create change and are willing to show up for themselves every day for the next 35 days. It’s for those who know their purpose is big and who are ready to integrate their past and move forward with clarity, courage, and intention.
This journey is about true transformation—not just change for the sake of change. It’s about spiraling upward into alignment with your highest self. Transformation of this kind requires effort, accountability, and aligned action. It’s not for the faint of heart, and that’s okay. If now isn’t your time, bookmark this for when you’re ready.
Who This Is For:
- You’re committed to dedicating one hour daily for 35 days (and two hours on Sundays for integration).
- You’ve done some shadow work and are ready to deepen your understanding and integration of past traumas.
- You’re open to connecting with others in a supportive community and participating in weekly integration circles.
- You’re willing to explore the perspective that trauma has a purpose—to teach and transform—and are open to seeing your worth and power beyond your past.
Who This Is Not For:
- You’re in active trauma or dealing with life-threatening addiction—please seek professional medical or mental health support first.
- You cannot commit at least one hour a day to the practices, which include morning breathwork, daytime sessions, evening reflections, and workbook exercises.
- You’re unwilling to engage with the community or attend integration circles, as witnessing and being witnessed are key components of this journey.
- You are still deeply identifying with past trauma and have not started shadow work—The Shadow Light may be a better starting point.
- You hold rigid beliefs or fundamentalist perspectives that leave no room for growth, curiosity, or connection to the concept of Source.
