You were never supposed to stay here. In the gap.

And yet — somewhere along the way — you unpacked your bags. Your things are everywhere. Inside your apartment. Inside your head. Inside every half-finished version of yourself you keep trying to outrun.

This is what it means to live in the gap. And this is what it means to finally move through it.

The Gap is Real

And you've been living in it.

It's the space between healing milestones. Where you've done the work, you know the work, and somehow you're still standing in the same room you were trying to leave two years ago.

It's the space between therapy sessions. Between the person you were and the person you can feel yourself becoming — just out of reach, just around the corner, just after you get it together.

It's the space between finally accepting that some things are gone — old ghosts, old versions of yourself, old stories that were never even yours to carry — and actually feeling free of them.

The gap has a particular kind of chaos. It's not a crisis. It's quieter than that. It's waking up and feeling vaguely disconnected from your own life. It's doing everything 'right' and still feeling like something is fundamentally off.

It's the low hum of a body that has been living in survival for too long — moving through the world, but not fully inhabiting it.

You are not broken. But something in you has gone quiet that was never meant to go quiet. And no amount of journaling, green juice, or good intentions seems to reach it.

What it feels like when you come home to yourself

Not fixed. Not calm. Not performing wellness for anyone.
Just fully here — responsive, embodied, and finally moving from the inside out.

When your body is no longer running on old threat signals, the rest of your life doesn't magically fix itself.
But you can see it clearly for the first time.

The noise settles. The fog lifts.
You stop reacting from old wounds and start responding from who you actually are.

You move through your days differently.
Not because your circumstances changed — because you stopped abandoning yourself in the middle of them.

You feel rage without being consumed by it. Grief without drowning. Joy without waiting for it to be taken away.
This is what it means to be fully responsive to your life.

Not managed. Not contained.
Alive to all of it.

This is the work. And it starts with your breath.

Introducing WOO Breathwork™

A women-centered breathwork platform built for the kinds of challenges women are actually facing right now.

Not the sanitized, palatable version. The real one. WOO is a streaming subscription that gives you access to a growing, carefully curated library of breathwork audios. Each one was created with clinical rigour and a woman's experience at the center — because those two things are not mutually exclusive, and we're done pretending otherwise.

This is not an app that gamifies your healing. There is no streak to protect. No leaderboard. No passive-aggressive push notification asking where you've been. WOO treats you like the sovereign, capable adult you already are.

Explore the full library and chat with the WOO Breathwork™ Raven, trained extensively on every audio in the suite.

Who this is for

This is for the woman who already knows she's capable.

This is for you if:

— You've done the therapy, read the books, know the tools — and still feel like something isn't landing in your body

— You're in the gap between who you were and who you're becoming, and the in-between is exhausting

— You're tired of wellness content that feels like it was made for someone else's life

— You want something that takes you seriously

— your history, your body, your specific experience as a woman

— You understand that coming home to yourself is not a luxury

— it is the prerequisite for everything else you're trying to build

— You are ready to do the work without being babysat through it

· · ·

This is NOT for you if you're looking for a quick fix, a passive listen, or something that asks nothing of you.
WOO requires your presence. That is, in fact, the entire point.

What You'll Experience

What becomes possible when you inhabit yourself fully.

🐦‍⬛ A body that is no longer running the show from a place of old fear or survival

🐦‍⬛ The capacity to move through hard emotions without being swallowed by them

🐦‍⬛ Clarity — the kind that comes from being present in your body, not just your mind

🐦‍⬛ Practices that fit your life, your phase, your specific point of entry

🐦‍⬛ A framework for ongoing embodiment you can return to again and again

🐦‍⬛ A felt sense of your own worthiness that isn't dependent on productivity, performance, or permission

🐦‍⬛ The beginning of something that ripples outward — because a woman fully alive in herself changes her world

What's inside

The Full Audio Library
Get instant access to a growing collection of breathwork practices organized by use case, emotional state, and intended outcome — not by what looks good on a home screen.

Search by what you actually need
Women-Specific Programming Sequences and programs built around the specific challenges women navigate — grief, transition, rage, depletion, identity, and reclamation.
Created by a woman who has lived all of it.

Clinically Informed Structure
Built with contraindications, sequencing, and therapeutic environments in mind. This is not recreational wellness. This is responsible, intentional breathwork designed to meet you where you actually are.

A Sovereign Practice Container
No gamification. No timers counting down your worth. You decide how you show up and when. The platform holds the structure; you hold the accountability. That is the WOO way.

Ongoing Library Growth
New audios added regularly — because the gap evolves, and so does the work. Your subscription grows with you.
This work is urgent.
The entry point is not. We live in an unprecedented moment. The pressure women are carrying right now — collectively, historically, personally — is not abstract. It is in your body. And the longer it goes unaddressed, the more it shapes your decisions, your relationships, your sense of what's possible. Coming home to yourself is not a someday project. It is the work that makes every other thing you want to do actually possible.

Built by a woman who has spent most of her life in the gap.

WOO Breathwork was not created from a place of arrival. It was created from the gap itself — from the particular kind of knowing that only comes from living inside something long enough to understand its texture, its tricks, and what actually moves through it.

I'm Chelsea. I built WOO because I needed it and it didn't exist. Because the tools available to me were built on frameworks that didn't account for my experience as a woman. Because breathwork changed something in me that nothing else could touch — and I knew it needed to be in the hands of women who were ready to do real work.

WOO is not a wellness brand. It is a resistance technology. It is what it looks like when a woman stops waiting for permission to take her inner landscape seriously — and starts building something that makes that possible for others. Built by women, for women. Centered in a matriarchal framework that does not ask you to earn your worth or perform your healing. It simply asks you to breathe — and to trust that what comes next is yours.

Why it works

Your breath is the only tool that can access both sides of your nervous system.

The autonomic nervous system — the one governing your stress response, your capacity for connection, rest, and aliveness — operates largely outside of conscious control.

You cannot think your way into an embodied state. You cannot affirmation your way out of a survival response.
But you can breathe your way there.

Breathwork is one of the few evidence-informed practices that offers direct, voluntary access to the autonomic nervous system.
Specific breathing patterns can shift your physiological state — activating the parasympathetic (rest, digest, restore) or mobilizing the sympathetic (move, release, discharge) — with measurable, immediate effect.

The WOO Breathwork™ library was designed with this understanding at its core.
Every audio is sequenced intentionally.
Contraindications are documented.
Practices are matched to physiological and emotional states — not just vibes.

This is breathwork built for the way a body actually works.

Why a WOO subscription is life-changing

Because the gap doesn't wait for a convenient time to address it.

You already know this. You've known it for a while. The question has never been whether the work matters. The question has always been whether you'd let yourself actually do it.

Not as a project. Not as something you'll get to when things calm down.

But as a practice — a daily, sovereign, non-negotiable act of coming back to yourself.

A woman fully alive in herself is not a passive woman. She is a more powerful one. She makes clearer decisions, holds better boundaries, shows up more fully for the people and causes she loves. She changes the temperature of every room she enters.

This is what the world needs from you right now.

Not a better-performing version of a woman running on empty. An actual return to the coherent, sovereign woman you already are underneath all of it. That's who WOO was built for.

Your Questions, Answered

Do I need any breathwork experience to start?
No. The library includes practices for all entry points. You can begin wherever you are — the platform will meet you there.

Is this safe? Are there contraindications?
Yes, and yes. WOO was built with clinical environments in mind, which means contraindications are clearly noted throughout. If you have a cardiac condition, are pregnant, or have a history of certain mental health conditions, specific practices will be flagged. We take this seriously.

How is this different from Headspace, Calm, or Insight Timer?
Those tools are built for a broad general audience. WOO is built specifically for women — from its framework, to its content, to its design philosophy. It is not gamified. It is not trying to build a habit streak. It is trying to support genuine, embodied aliveness in a container that actually centers your experience.

How much time does this require?
As much or as little as you can give it. Some practices are ten minutes. Some are sixty. There is no minimum. There is no ideal. There is only what you can actually do, consistently, over time. Many of the programs recommend daily practices (usually around 20 minutes), but you are always in control.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No friction, no guilt, no winback emails designed to make you feel bad. You're in charge here.

What does 'women-centered' actually mean here?
It means the content, the framework, and the philosophy were built with women's specific neurological, hormonal, historical, and cultural experiences in mind. It means this platform actively decenters the male gaze and centers a matriarchal framework for healing and empowerment. It means you will not be an afterthought here.
